Smokestream - 100% natural smoke condensate (in compliance with CFIA). Available in aqueous, oil and dry formats offer wide range of smoke flavours and browning capabilities. The healthier & environmentally friendly alternative to traditional wood burning. Smoke condensates can be customized based on the specific wood specie including apple, cherry, mesquite, hickory, maple, oak, pecan and beechwood.
Sunstream - Authentic Grill & BBQ flavours use to capture that specific profile of cooking on a gas, charcoal grill without the fire. We can also incorporate smoke and other nuances to provide the most authentic grill flavors possible.
Firestream - The Firestream range covers food ingredients and spices that are smoked traditionally with fresh smoke. Several different wood types can be used to smoke ingredients like salt, dextrose, coconut sugar vinegars, oils and spices like garlic and chili. The smoking time is typically over 8-12 hours to obtain the right flavour and a low dosage in the final application. The various woods add different flavour profiles, so the food manufacturer can choose exactly the flavour that fits the target application. Examples of labelling on the final foods are "smoked salt", "smoked coconut sugar” "smoked sugar"
Goldenstream - The Goldenstream range is manufactured from sugar and water. The range is a flavour and browning enhancer that adds a golden brown colour to any food product upon heating. Goldenstream products react with the meat proteins to obtain a natural brown colour, and does not "paint" the colour on as with caramel colours. The range also offers products that can be labelled as natural favours.
Naturestream - Naturestream is the perfect solution to have smoky notes in the final food – but with natural labelling. Products add smoky, tarry, woody and meaty notes to the final food products and can have same dosage as traditional smoke flavourings.
Microstream - Derrived from wood, Microstream is a group of smoke flavourings with significant higher preservative effect, and therefore create increased shelf life of the food product where they have been added - either internal or on the surface. It does not add any smoky flavour to the final food product.
